Have you thought about getting protein shakes? The flavours are really really good now. For snacks you could do smoked salmon on crackers as well and edamame beans from coles or woolies.
I'm personally off the meals now as I got sick of them. Also, watched this Joe Rogan podcast which went into detail on how bad digesting chemicals from plastic are which have turned me off them.
