Ooooh, you sound close! I currently live on the hill looking over the project. It will never work as it’s too shallow. When we swim down there we have to walk out 100 metres and it’s still just past our waists so cutting an entrance to some man made lakes will always be closed of within days by sand. They know that but never put the truth in front of a real estate project.
