In regards to self administration.
my wife suffers from severe skin allergy, we have been waiting about 24 months for the new drug to hit the PBS as it was $25k pa to purchase previously.
the reason for my post is that ‘dupixent’ the drug is a fortnightly injection and rather than being delivered by a doctor the script comes as a self administered injection.
also very similar to par as the dosage is 2mg. I’ll try and up load the photos of the injector.
The injections is something my wife will most likely have for ever, every single fortnight.
the injection sight is in the tummy, subcutaneously. I believe this is the same as pps injections.

This could easily be our way of self admin once we hit the market
