Hawke's Point previously invested more than $22m in a junior gold miner called Eastern Goldfields, which went into administration shortly after their investments (smart money). Having a cornerstone investor certainly helps the company, but it does not warrant anything, even if you keep repeating this seemingly naive theory of yours.
Paid broker reports also mean very little, especially if they have a vested interest in the company via multiple equity raising rounds and/or paid research papers. The Conaccord report that you're referring says Rxl is a speculative buy, so let's just digest what speculative means and stop the ramping for now.
