You probably should do some research on QGC, a $20m MC CSG company that was taken over by BG for $5.7B. Richard Cottee who was the CEO/MD of QGC is onboard with EXR, along with the smartest CBM folks in the business.
Why the sell down prior to the take over? Probably impatient nervous investors. Why are people selling their spp shares below cost atm? Who knows, not going to invest time figuring out how people operate. All I'm interested in is a relentless drilling program to get the gas flowing and be rewarded with eye watering results.
