it’s important to have competition in a market, it’s one of the signs that there is in fact a market worth pursuing. Having more competition doesn’t make for lesser results, the olympics is highly competitive and it manages to produce better results each time. Competition being fierce etc is the sign that the target is worth the effort.

If the company is generating cash flow in excess of costs then it is competing well. If results take a while to flow through to the share price then that’s pretty normal too. Given what is happening in the connectivity side of Electric Vehicles there is every reason to believe that an existing profitable company will be able to capitalise on some opportunities.

This company was over hyped on HC last year and there are bound to be more disappointed investors than happy ones, even more so when you look at the price a few years ago. That doesn’t mean a business cannot pivot and redirect its energy into a different market. That’s the sign of good management.

CXZ is very risky and the market acknowledges that with a low market cap. As an investor you need to look at what other possibilities might exist for this business. Start investigating what is happening with the connectivity... it’s a MASSIVE opportunity and this is one of the few publicly listed opportunities for most investors here in Australia. The Venture Capital world is starting to move very rapidly into this market. It’s a big market which therefore has lots of competition because the size of the prize is worth the effort.
