Manipulation - maybe, maybe not. When this company is ready to zoom, 2m shares aren't going to stop it. If anyone really want to get this thing moving a few thousand dollars would kick it off, conversely a solid wall of millions of shares over a range of escalating prices would keep it trapped in the basement. Like the old saying goes " when faced with a conspiracy or a stuff up, pick the stuff up every time". Not that I think RMG has been stuffed up, but more simmering on the back burner.
