I was trading this stock in the millions on a regular basis (i.e. qty churning), since March I have now taken a long position and quite happy to hold 3-5years.

I am not built for trading anymore. CNP took it out of me so swapped to CER for a little yield and a long term outlook.

I am confident that in 3-5 years the next round of millionaires will be made in the REIT sector. We just need to get over this GFC mother-of-a-hump.
