    Agree dogby. Add the fact that they frustrated the efforts of Berlin Heart to perform due dilligence, but pushed creditors to vote for the DoCA of a company on the verge of bankruptcy. How much are they going to pay themselves for this piece of work? Over half million dollars. looks like they just won the 2009 Bowtie Award.
