Company has several project that are self financed.
Basically the core business is battery recycling.
The mining projects are developed through JVs woth small capital outlays then NMT's share of the JV is sold to the other company in the JV.
The profits are used to finance the battery recycling projects and for some small capital outlays to finance mining JVs...
It's an atypical yet very elegant financing solution that allows not to resort to CRs and entirely derisks the projects.
