    I actually dont know about the prevention of publication due to appeal. I thought it would be something that may be prevented. As you said we will soon see.

    I hope your predictions are better than mine as I am down a truck load on FER. Bit bitter and twisted at the moment if you couldnt tell. lol

    Just feel shareholders have been screwed by management.
