as to why WHO didn't investigate Italy
wrong question ------------------- the right question is why did WHO investigate China
and, that answer is even simpler ---------------- try looking at the chronology and it's crystal clear
I don't have the energy to point everything out to you - clearly your learning as a child was quite slow ----------- one day - if your mental state doesn't deteriorate further - you'll eventually work this stuff out
