JArecki - the RIOR are purely rights. You need to read your RIO rights issue documentation. However they are priced on the basis that you need to pay $28 and a bit to get RIO ords. The market is willing to buy them for a price about $28 less than what RIO ords are selling for. Every RIO holder on the given date got them free of charge.
