there's a fair bit of window dressing going on across the board until the end of the month - I agree volumes are way too small for insider dumping to be the cause, it would be different if 500m were being flogged....
I still think BBI is a punt atm - news on DB sale would lift their game, so long as it's in the right direction..... forget PD ports it's a bit of a sideshow but useful if a reasonable sale were achieved....
