Amex certainly had me and many others sucked in. The technology was (is) so good, that it is not surprising that that happened and I don't blame Amex. Klaas apparently knew him and that he was in a poor state of health. I wondered if he was Patrick Chew.
Now we must give the new board all the support they need, assuming the situation is retrievable, and of which I am pretty confident now.
