    IMO all shareholders bar one would be happy with 20 cents. Unfortunately that one is the potential bidder.

    Scholtz didn't get where they are by either worry about upsetting people or by giving money away.

    IMO, they will wait out the 6 months and come in with a low mop-up bid.
