So if you have 0.3 picojules to excite 1 memory cell thats a very small energy to wright/ read the cell right? so small that is practically NO power is needed 2 excite the memory cell. Of course thats wrong. The 0.3 picojule is a energy wasted to excite the memory cell gonna turn onto (heat magnetic and other energies) but in mean time it gonna excite the cell!! in power terms 1 Watt/secundum=1 joule witch is 1 watt of power acts over i second...is a10 to minus 12 so 1 terabite of memory of 4DS is under a 1 Watt- thank you very much...what that means for mobiles and they batteries? like 5 terabites in your phone and want drain your battery? Super fast? 100X less power- Hello? And the Data Centres...Imagine that the power hungry Data centres can cut they power by 100!!! Where are we?
