Many in the Löfven government do not want a mine in their own country, for whatever reasons. This government has destroyed the reputation of a mining nation in just a few years. Maybe they are trying to change course, but the damage is done. I can imagine that for a heart-blooded autralian miner it is a pain with this government. Patience. The dissenting voices are getting louder.

I don't want to exaggerate, looking to Boliden or want to start again! But I stand by my opinion that the permits for mining (and building the factory and production!) are the only brake. The resource is from national interest, but that doesn't mean it's a ticket to the finish line or inked paper.
And I think it is right that you can and must ramp it up quickly as fast as possible. He is just waiting for the building and environmental permits for the factory in the industrial park. So he is running in parallel.
I fear, there isn't enough! I think MT has to be careful that they don't rip his arms off. He should sew up the pockets. Around the world starting projects for NG.
