Tesco, I don't think Patrick Chew got wind of AS' plan. He felt however for a while that a lot of what AS said did not tally up. Being a cautious person that he is, he did a bit of digging and did not like what he found with the state of the company or the composition of the previous board. Thus the plan to remove the previous board. However AS did get wind of PC's plan late April/early May. Thus the character assasination announcement on ASX. Many unfortnately thought at the time that the annoucement was not based on lies.
As to TC being PC. Don't think so but TC does have PC respect for starting TZinvestros and staring dowm AS/TZ legal adviser.
