in all honesty this SP needs to rise quite a bit b4 SH regain confidence. Many were getting in at around 3.20 or higher and then crunch we are sitting well under the 2.70 offer. Nothing more to add. Disappointing. My sentiments and prob of many. But will hold with optimism. Hate being negative. Soz. Hopeful. 1+yrs
