You have an excellent memory Davenka. Both my bro and B-I-L are shareholders.

My bro has about 300k at an avg entry price of $2.01. I thought he was getting a bargain after Barry picked up 200k at $2.40 ea. I can only guess how many shares are currently held by directors families and friends.

Management going silent on us is certainly not helping matters and for anyone who attended past AGMs I would suggest that the current attitude of management is against the grain.

I can only hope and pray that we will soon see some form of leadership from Matt. Shareholders need to know what direction our CEO has planned for UMC and more importantly the endorsement of his plan by the board.

It really isn't that difficult to communicate your message to shareholders, but he must first acknowledge that there is no us and them, we are one.
