Every time you press a key on your QWERTY keyboard, whether on your smart phone or your laptop/keyboard, the company that owns the rights to QWERTY gets a royalty.
oh to have invested in the QWERTY keyboard.
Just imagine how much they make, seeing as there are so many keys in the world, and exactly how many are pushed each second. That is some serious $$$.
Gee I wish I got just the revenue from a single vowel.
Hang on .. does this at all sound realistic, given the cost of a keyboard. I mean, where does the money for the royalty come from if it’s for each time a key is pressed. I think I’d better rethink this royalty thing a bit more.
Maybe they only get royalty for each device, rather than key presses.
Anybody have any ideas here.
