No worries mate. I've no time to respond fully now but believe (as Coppertop & others also stated) that full separation cannot *really* occur.
I remember posts from last year about this topic in full and it hasn't been talked about here for a while.
I thought the reduced dividend may have been a sign that a distance is starting to occur.
This complex structure scares away many would-be investors IMO.
