"Recently Anil Mankar and Kristopher Carlson presented to Tiny ML. The fact of this presentation was notified to shareholders. In the past after an interval presentations have been posted as videos to the BRN web site. I am informed that a shareholder contacted the newly appointed Investor Relations contact regarding when these TinyML presentations would be posted. He said he would make enquires and came back today with the response that they would not be posted and that they only post such presentations if required to do so.

So the questions based on this are:

1. Is this correct?

2. If so does the Board consider that adopting this approach retrospectively having by past practice raised the expectation amongst retail shareholders in Australia that such presentations will be posted is fair or reasonable?

3. Is the Board attempting to create two classes of shareholders amongst retail by this action those that can afford to pay to hear presentations by Brainchip staff and those who cannot?

4. Given the present push by the Board to raise the profile of BRN in the USA by upgrading to the OTCQX is this new approach aimed at disadvantaging smaller Australian retail shareholders over more affluent and sophisticated US investors?

5. Does the Board support the principle of equal access by all shareholders regardless of their shareholding size to information that is not confidential concerning the company?

It would be appreciated if the Board could address these questions at the up-coming AGM."
