Its pretty obvious when 90% of the votes are in favour that the performance rights aren't the issue. Only 3% of shareholders felt strongly enough to vote against them. If they were a deal breaker for them they would be gone by now.

Its pretty obvious also after the quarterly update that the companies performance isn't the issue.

I've said before that the foxes were let into the chicken coop when Phill organised the placement we had to have to strengthen the balance sheet and let Regal Funds etc onto the register.

The market reacted so positively to institutions wanting a share of our company that the share price rocketed in an unstoppable manner to 65 cents.

When the buying ran out of steam the algorithms that keep selling small amounts cheaply to trigger mindless people's stop losses took back control of the agenda.

The market has been trying unsuccessfully to push the price up which is evident when you analysis the numbers

The share price was 54.5cents on the 11/02 and there has been nothing but good news since. On all but 8 days since then the shares have traded above the previous close so there has been willingness to increase the price but the algorithms have managed to flush out the stop losses and drive the price down while they pick up the spoils of their war against the mindless.


You don't have to be a fan of TA to be able to see what always happens after the SP spends a bit of time around the bottom band.

One good announcement and it will be Game Over for the manipulators IMO..
