Such a sale would only bring the sp up to say 4c, Clom. Which is why the sp is being walked down. Regrettably, I haven't got the wherewithal to take advantage at the moment and I guess there are others in the same boat. One problem is the general investing public don't know enough about EDE, and what has happened to date. And a large portion of the shares are tightly held. This leaves a relatively small number in play. The result is, only a small amount of trades are needed to bring the share price down. The predators are taking full advantage of Covid. I'd be surprised if anything substantial came from India in the short term. Israel is another doubtful source of good news given the current disastrous situation prevailing there. Japan, South Korea are both involved with fighting the pandemic.
And don't be surprised if there isn't a lot of arm twisting going on in the States to cause delays. I would hope the Port of Savannah authorities, SPI and other sources of big orders are beyond the reach of Big Money but who knows? It's coming on early summer and infra-structure works should be getting started by now. Contracts should be getting let out and Edencrete orders ensuing.
The BoD have to get on the front foot and introduce countermeasures. In my view, that involves concentrating on building sales in Australia and NZ. They can't depend on Parchem doing all the sales 'heavy lifting'. Edencrete is only one of their additive range, and they have commitments to other clients.
They need to appoint a good Sales and Promotions manager pronto, whose task will be to build the EDE profile especially to the so called 'eco-investors.' A product reducing the CO2 going into the atmosphere and the production of green hydrogen will be well-received by this community in my opinion. But more than that, we need articles detailing the benefits and the acceptance of Edencrete in the US, going out to Australian and NZ investment magazines both print and online. And Reddit too.The Reddit investment community have shown they don't like the activities of hedge funds and other entities having it all their own way.
