It’s a fugaze mate.
On face value and in theory it’s a good idea, only for the uneducated though, everything looks good on paper, the number of bricks/blocks laid per year, the speed, blah blah blah, never going to happen in my opinion.
Think about all the tech that's been implemented/improved in the past 10 years or so, why has this been a failure? Because it’s unnecessary.
