I'd be surprised if anything substantial came from India in the short term. Israel is another doubtful source of good news given the current disastrous situation prevailing there. Japan, South Korea are both involved with fighting the pandemic.
The orders were placed were paced long before Covid. It only takes about three months to do the preliminary tests and decide whether to advance to the next stage of field trials. So there is very high probability that nothing will ever eventuate.
I would hope the Port of Savannah authorities, SPI and other sources of big orders are beyond the reach of Big Money but who knows?

The concrete industry woks on one criteria - price. A 'good' sales manager won't make the slightest bit of difference.
