I'll rephrase ... "I do understand it's difficult to argue that the tax payer should fund the injecting of dangerous and illegal drugs into a human drug abuser, especially in a tax payer provided environment.
Mind you if you don't pay tax ... why should you care.
It kinda makes a mockery of some poor Qlder being done for growing dope in their backyard for their own use - aka "dangerous drug".
