Nigel specifically stated during the most recent interview that Covid has been causing setbacks. As it is still an ongoing issue, you would still expect delays would you not? The vaccine distribution only commenced two weeks ago and the country is still at a high alert level.
Maybe I am missing something but the timeline delays are justifiable IMO. Also, as other posters have mentioned, what is a month or two in the scheme of things for the last few hurdles.
