One thing I'll say about management is that they do know what they are doing; they are making a fortune off this company and will continue to do so as they drive it into the ground and into oblivion. They are not completely stupid. Unlike investors in their company, they will make bank. I think if holders understood that they make money of a business model which does not involve the company needing to be profitable, they would see the situation more clearly.
