Nice detective work GC. I think the retrofit market opportunity in NY will definitely be very attractive to the Co. VR in past interviews has talked about entering the NY market so you are right the dots seem to be aligning nicely. Nice article from Time about the Empire State Building and their retrofit trials. If CPV were to be involved then good luck buying these shares at under $2.00.
