If re-complying with Ch 1 & 2 are required (David doesn't seem to agree with that interpretation) then MMR can't recomply with Ch 1 until the PDF status is resolved as it's entity type is in dispute. Is that a fair assessment?

OK.... why does this drag on for MONTHS ....YEARS

....this new appeal has not been given an end date ... .i.e. YEARS ...but those in the office still get PAID ...pathetic
