Your posts continue to suggest there is no chance of fast tracking any development and you also give folk the impression that EMP would sleep for 8 years, without regard for activity in other areas that can be financed from a JV deal.
You also seem to overlook the short term catalyst/ potential....you seem to be viewing the goal post before play even starts....if that's how you do DD, that's fine but I'm sure most here are taking a viewpoint that's closer to home
