    Interesting Mike said Firefinch would retaIn a % of Newco. Fits in with the intended commercial relationship.
    Possibly could see a partner who is already in the industry providing finance via pre payments/loan to Newco.
    Given FFX retain a % looking more like 25/30% for shareholders?
    Maybe a small allication for working capital?
