Can you (or anyone for that matter) please post on here once you have spoken to PJ.

I have managed to secure funding to take up my rights entitlement but the APEX matter does concern me. It may just be a matter of dotting the i's and crossing the t's and may be disclosed as a potential risk purely for compliance issues, however it doesn't sit well with me as it currently reads.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I spoke to PJ last week to find out a timeframe for the bankable reserve (which is due by Aug) and the Prelim BFS (which is due by Dec 09) & I would rather not harrass the guy.
