given this is a forum for discussion, can you elaborate on why that statement is 'BS'?
I'm looking for some good input from the positive members. Obviously the above is speculative, but past performance does point to it and the timing of this accouncment is undoubtedly there to stop the slide?
What is the glass half full thought on this timing? Pure coincidence or something we are missing?
It's hard to get context from text but I am not being condescending or smart, I genuinely want to see discussion so I can evaluate your logic and see if it changes my interpretation of the current events.
