My understanding is that it will depend on the action.
If the action is against individual directors then the payout should be covered by Director insurance, the premiums for which will then probably rise and are probably paid by OZL.
If the action is against the company, then any payout would have to come out of company funds thereby reducing company value and therefore SP.
Before any of this happens, the action would have to succeed, which in my opinion would not be likely.
