At a AGM I attended a takeout by DRD was informally discussed.
At that time when MLI was 15c and I think suspended a paper offer was discussed at 40c.....subsequently Elsberg was sold .Elsberg was the prize asset.....but there is loads more tailings subject to a JV.....they contain many oz of gold.
If its a paper bid and I suspect it will then considerable due diligence and valuations will need to be done.
But dont' be surprised for something out of left field....aussie greenmailers may be there. A breakup of the equipment would yield a tidy sum.
