StocksDigital to provide investor awareness services to the Company. The fee for these
services is $375,000. In lieu of cash settlement the Company intends to issue StocksDigital
with 1,875,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share ($375,000) (Investor Awareness
Shares)."
So they've paid Next Investors for advertising is all i'm reading here.. wow.
