not sure how your article will help company as current SP is directly linked to poor management by CEO and Chairman (who is with company for 12 years)... IMO.
what company need is experienced leader and those who has educational background and experience in mining, geology and civil engineering... not a lawyer or accountants who worked for mining or construction companies... IMO.
current chairman had 12 years and he should be first one to resign with CEO as they take responsibility of current company situation... IMO.
if you don't have credible management then market confidence will remain weak irrespective of commodity demand or price in international markets... IMO.
