    I prefer more sober CEO that let the results speak. I get nervous when CEOs choose language aimed at pumping the SP.

    A lot of important news on this call. 1) Deferred projects are coming back 2) No trend from customers away from demand for services/products (unlike the all-knowing market pundits) 3) Organising to provide visibility of high-growth segments, 4) Diversification of customer base and 5) tech is enabling a reducing cost base.
