I didnt think it would either about 2 hrs ago.

Now im not so sure, it may well exceed 10.
You see, im blind past 10.5cents - 11cents, which is the rough high of about this time in June last year and which was in my projection earlier this week.
The fundamentals are more qualified/certain than a year ago and the price is showing it as it simply returns to those levels as a test of market support.

The hunt for market support/resistance will be as prosperous and long as a peice of string.
Therefore its current level is 'fair value'.

Adding that it has passed and qualified about 4 major support/resistance levels already, which it did via 10%-15% fluctuations at each stop, then it is safe for me to say that it has tested fair value along the way and has arrived at a sustainable price level.
From here, if it settles down, we will see a trading range of between $0.086 cents to $0.098 cents before it goes into a less feral and moreso domesticated uptrend.

If/when the IP acquisition is announced, then we will see if it in the teens, as i am certain it hasnt been factored into our price yet. See, i think this price is a reflection of the companys newly confirmed health and longevity and not the contract/IP values per se.
