Support and resistance/supply and demand, depends whether you want to day trade, invest or both. I have a tiny portfolio compared to most here so am trying to top up near the lows each day, sell near the highs, all to gradually increase my holdings without affecting my average too much. Does not matter if I only increase my share holding by 78 shares today and 178 tomorrow, I am slowly increasing my holding without increasing my average. Plus my brokerage is only $5.
Today not even worth trying to trade IMO. To be honest, I had forgotten about that 78.5 order I had in, I would have watched the 1min bars and bought in somewhere lower if that hadn't filled.
Would like as many as possible for a longer term hold.
