A classic pump and dump.
All you need is a little bit of good news to fuel the story and some committed buying to create the illusion of a very positive story, and next thing buyers come from everywhere for no really valid reason.
While 0.7 holds still some tech hope that there's more to this. Got out at 0.9 cents.
