This myth keeps getting perpetuated and it is categorically false one read of the SOC or even the extract I pasted will tell you that.

ASIC’s allegations against iSignthis Ltd are purely disclosure related, that was confirm by their lawyer at the AGM.

Points 71 to 74 you mentioned are allegations against JK the individual, not the company.

ASX is still demanding ISX disclose its legal advise before releasing the suspension.
