Those knocking this have no idea what they’re in for or do they . No builders interested hey ? the 2 new models are the working models imo . If we don’t see HX ‘s building in Perth it’ll be a massive red flag for me but for now I’m willing to wait to see the outcome of their address to shareholders , as far as I’m concerned they have achieved what they set out to do . Pass relevant codes , build structures and achieve occupancy certification, now is time to step up and put it to work , commercialise their plan why would I doubt them because of SP slide ? Buy when everyone is fearful . Not financial advice just my thoughts . DYOR. No doubt the parade will start now .
