announcement of 1-for-1 share issue

Take it you have read the announcement. The sum of it is a 1-for-1 issue at 0.1c a share.

So it proves many here were correct, where there is smoke, there is fire, and judging by recent volumes shooting up and rushed announcement with lack of details such as a record date management were concerned the info may be leaking out.

The share issue ought to protect the co from insolvency, allow a good price to be achieved on the smelters (any idea what they are worth? surely more than the 400K on the balance sheet).

Anyhow, who will be taking up the 1-for-1 issue at 0.1c a share?
