Great news ....Its been a like the description of the ‘mating of elephants’ .... so far, so lets hope it now all goes smoothly and I cant wait to see the water and electrons flowing on schedule.
The contracted was fixed price, (have I understood the past announcements correctly?) so hopefully there are no cost/budget blowouts and the contractor does their job and suffers no ‘bad times’.
