Labour shortages in the West are dramatically impacting on a wide range of industries - all the way from retail , building and through to mining. Brickies are getting $3 a brick , casuals are very hard to find and I'd imagine the Miners are fighting over a finite Labour pool - challenging times. Hope we can buck the trend.
